general rules :
-Each Team may fly up to 2 shows (2 aircrafts minimum per show , no maximum)
-Each show will be allowed 30 minutes slot time (order of appearance will be given at the end of registration).
There are several bases on the map because only one base couldnt handle all pilot at the time . There is the base for the show , and the others base around are for others pilots to wait .
At time of appearance planned , you may come on main base , you make your show , but you must have left before slot ends to let next team come .
It should be set that way :
4 slots (2hours) / 1 hour break / (4 slots) / 1 hour brek etc (it may vary if too many people registred )
for the moment , it is planned :
1st block : 9 to 11 gmt (4 shows)
2nd block : 12 to 14 gmt
3rd block : 15 to 17 gmt
So for example , BE planned at 1230gmt to 1300 gmt and 313 at 1300 to
1330 ...
313 are waiting on another base , BEs leave main base before
1300 and 313 can come .
in case we register more than 12 shows , there will be either another block , or reduction of time for break to 30 minutes instead of one hour .
-connections to server : DURING THE AIRSHOWS , CONNECTING TO THE SERVER
IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN ! Connections to server can be done only before beginning of the airshow or during breaks . So before beginning a block of 4 shows , at least pilot planned for these shows MUST be in.
- Distance : 3 statics cameras are set on the main
airfield (one on public and two other at ends of runway), as its not a
competition , there is no max distance from the airfield but remember
others pilot will watch you from there .
- Radio : a BCVA
TeamSpeak ip will be given later in that forum , and will contain a main frequency
for pilots flying and the reponsible of the airshow . Others pilot may
come on the frequency but mandatory MUTED . There will be other rooms
for those who want to talk freely.

-responsible of airshow : he will be the only one not flying who may speak on main frequency .
He is here to call next team if needed , check all rules are respected and give a few words before each show .
-skins : each responsible of team will send to pitrafale@hotmail.com pack containing all skins .
-Registration : One responsible per team will make the registration on that forum . Registration will close on APRIL 5th 2008 .
